- Social Media Marketing
- Prelisting Marketing
- Move out/in Cleaning
- Detailed list of the next steps
- Comp Analysis
- and much more
Internet is a huge part of the home search these days, but knowing how to post it on the MLS doesn’t get it in front of everyone that needs to see it. For instance, if someone is coming in from out of state how do you know they are even seeing your home? Do they know the type of neighborhood it is? They will most likely search in an area they might have been referred to by a friend. That area might be 1 mile away from your home but they won’t see it because they have a built in comfort zone to search. As your realtor I not only list your home, but I include the experience of your home and neighborhood in the listing and in social media as well. The out of state buyers will see your neighborhood and your home as an option that they wouldn’t have before. More eyes on your home means more potential offers, and that is never a bad thing.
